Kelley, was responsive and easy to work with. I requested multiple changes to my design and she was always eager to help me make sure it was perfect. I used Closets by Design for my walk in pantry and I absolutely love the way it turned out.

Michelle came to meet us and we instantly love her personality and her knowledge in the product, she was wonderful to work with. We did our entire home, it is a new built. All bedrooms, linen closets etc.. the installers were very respectful, careful, protecting our new walls and discrets. We are so happy and pleased and would highly recommend them. It looks amazing, thank you Michelle and the team at Closets by Design.

We worked with Angela a few months ago at Closets by Design in Charlotte to completely re-design our closet. We originally had a zoom meeting to discuss the design and then my wife and I visited the Closets by Design office to finalize the design and pick out materials, colors, etc. Angela was both extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided us with fantastic recommendations and unique add-ons to help make our custom closet fit our wardrobe and lifestyle. She even came to our home to make sure all of the measurements and dimensions were correct before the installers arrived to build the closet. Angela helped us from start to finish and is a true pro and designer. We will definitely be using her for all of our future custom design needs and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Another great experience from Closets by design. A couple years ago, they did a custom master closet for me and they did a phenomenal job. So Dana had her work cut out for her on this one, as the bar was already pretty high. To my delight, Dana Linner provided excellent customer service from day one, and did an excellent job of designing a home office with ample space to accommodate all of my monitors, ample storage for my book collection while still opening up the room. See the before (dark furniture) compared to the custom space done by closets by design. Thanks so much for a job very well done!

I am very happy with my master bedroom closet and pantry that was designed and installed b Closets By Design. Julie, our salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. The installation team was on-time and very friendly. They went out of their way to answer questions and maintained positive attitudes even though a couple of hiccups. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I requested they install the pantry the first day (and confirmed twice) but they showed up with the Master bedroom closet instead so we have to scramble to get that ready for installation. Otherwise everything is great! I would certainly recommend them and I would use the again myself in the future!
