When I checked in, I was greeted by Divyesh, the hotel manager. He was kind in every way possible.
On checkout, I was greeted by Ann. She was very helpful in trying to assist me in finding a ride as Lyft couldn't find any drivers in the area. She answered other questions for me as well.
I encountered other staff in the hallway. They were very friendly as well.

(May 18, 2022, 1:38 am)The staff was kind to me during my stay and the rooms were clean! It's not the charge-by-the-hour kind of hotel so you do get charged for a whole day regardless of how long you use the room.
