(March 21, 2020, 10:23 am)The GM at this location is phenomenal. The hotel and the rooms itself is ALWAYS clean. I tend to book the suite because it is closed in and very quiet. Customers services is a plus also. I ran into a slight issue once and Shawn the GM, fixed it right away! This is my 5th time staying here, with more to come!

(February 13, 2020, 7:56 am)Room was very clean and comfortable. Great water pressure. Bed was cozy. Good sized television. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the internet was good enough for streaming Hulu but wasn't great for gaming (ping was kind of.slow.) Staff was super friendly and helpful.

(December 24, 2019, 6:39 am)I was wonderfully surprised as I entered the lobby of the Baymont. It was comfortably bright and the manager on duty was very professional and personable. A quick scan of the dining area revealed that the place has been creatively updated.
After receiving my room key, I was off to see where I was sleeping for the night. Another surprise. The room was also comfortably bright with an urban decor that I found to be very appealing. Cleanliness everywhere. None of the essentials were missing - iron, ironing board, hair dryer...it was all there and in perfect working order.
I've just found my favorite place to stay in Charlotte. I understand from the gentleman that delivered my dinner for my nights stay here that the Baymont has had a makeover. Even he was impressed!
Thank you guys for a great stay. You are head and shoulders above your competitors in this segment. You can trust me on this. I've stayed with them. I know!
