Rachel represented me as my buyer agent when I bought my house, and throughout the process she provided invaluable advice and guidance. It had been quite some time since I had purchased a home, and Rachel patiently and expertly guided me through every step of the process. She helped me identify a number of suitable houses, and when I made an offer on a newly built home, she wisely advised me to obtain an inspection, which many other agents would not have done. The inspection turned out to be critical, as it identified an important structural problem that would have led to bigger problems in the near future. With Rachel's guidance and help I was able to get the issue resolved and subsequently close on my home without any further issues. Moreover, after closing Rachel continued to check in and make sure all was going well, which is something I doubt many other agents would do once the sale had been completed. I couldn't have asked for a better agent, and I highly recommend her to anyone.
