  My stepmother and I came to this Rite Aid locations in China Grove looking for a cool mist humidifier. After having a horrible experience at the Dollar General in China Grove I was hopeful that Rite Aid would be different and I was right! While we were looking at the humidifiers one was out of place and my step mother was adamant about getting a price on it. As she's at the checkout line she asked the woman the price and of course it was crazy expensive. But the woman at the pharmacy was so sweet and so kind-hearted she told us that she had one actually in her car that she had plan on donating that if we wanted it she would donate it to us. This touched our hearts so much. This woman had no clue that little gesture meant so much to us! My stepmother left the store in tears and just thinking about it today has left me in tears. I really wish I would have gotten this woman's name. I will definitely be making a trip to Rite Aid to get her name and to thank her again and let her superiors know how awesome she is!

  The pharmacy staff remembered our names, so sometimes if we are in line (if there is a line) and they know our order is ready, they just call us up and open the 2nd register. There's rarely more than one or two people in line at a time.
  
  When we were using CVS, we would wait in line for an average of 15 minutes, and if there wasn't a line I'd usually get ignored for at least 5 minutes. The service there was never as good as it is at this Rite Aid.

  Very polite employees. I live just down the road & frequent this location sometimes daily. Love everyone! Chelsea is great!! Love the sales!!

  The staff in the pharmacy are always polite, helpful and friendly. They work much more quickly than other pharmacy's, too. I recommend Rite Aid in China Grove if you don't like waiting.
