  I dropped in for the first time for an intro class on a Saturday in early December and I was immediately welcomed and guided through a workout. The coaches are helpful and friendly, the space is clean, and the members are all welcoming too. I look forward to seeing where this box will go. Whenever I am back in the Weddington area, I will make it a priority to attend this gym!

  The staff was welcoming and offered me a great workout. I appreciated how accommodating they were to me dropping in. I will definitely stop in next time I’m in town!

  Top notch coaching, community, atmosphere. Non intimidating but able to improve athletes of any caliber from beginner to elite. You will not be disappointed with CFW

  I've been a member of CrossFit Weddington for 2.5 years and I'm still excited to attend classes here every week. It's unlike any gym experience I've ever had. The coaches are invested in helping you achieve whatever fitness goals you have whether you are looking to compete in Crossfit competitions or are looking to try something new and break a sweat. The members here are very welcoming and treat it like a community.
