  I am so happy that l found this place. If only the other busineses l deal with could this accomadating, the world would be a better place. You get updates before every task is performed on your car. They look for the cause of the problem so your car can be fixed correctly, the first time. And that is a wonderful feeling knowing that you don't have to bring it back for the same problem, again. Thank you for doing it right the first time.

  These guys have great communication and are always willing to help. Helped me get a tough to find part for my Mini Cooper S and offered a wealth of knowledge.

  Sal and his team are great! From the moment I called to set up an appointment, I knew I was going to like these guys!
  
  This is my first MINI and I was worried about going into the shop, since I have no idea about German cars. Sal was able to "dumb it down" for me (my words not his).He spent extra time explaining what needed to be fixed, what it would take and a few of the BMW/MINI quirks.
  
  I look forward to working with them again soon.

  I’ve been bringing my Mini here since I moved to the Charlotte area. Sal and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and I trust them 100%. As a woman, it’s hard to find honest mechanics. I’ve been plenty of other places and gotten the runaround and ripped off. It’s exhausting. I never have to worry about the integrity or quality of work done here at Kinetech. For that, I’m grateful.

  I won’t take my BMW 750 anywhere else but Kinetech Motor Werkes. They have the best service. The staff is very polite and informative. If you need anything fixed on your car take it to Kinetech Motor Werkes. They’re the best!
