Paul is committed to a positive customer experience. He and his staff are helpful and most importantly available for any questions or concerns. Facility is clean both inside and out. Hallways are checked and cleanliness maintained with waxed floors and and clear of any debris. No bugs and no problems. A truly great experience. Would highly recommend!! Thanks Paul and staff! -

Kevin helped me out and he was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions thoroughly prior to me purchasing a storage unit. As for the facility itself, it’s secure and clean. Overall, I've had a great customer experience here. ***Update on October 8th, 2018: Review of Extra Space Storage: I stopped by Extra Space Storage today and Paul at the front desk helped me out with everything I needed. He provided exceptional customer service and it was an absolute pleasure speaking with him. Very professional and he displayed a high-level of enthusiasm which I really appreciated. Fantastic experience and thanks for everything!
