I cannot say enough good things about AUS and Gary in particular. I have called him over the years a number of times and he is so responsive and courteous and attentive to what I need. I really trust him. Today my pump in my basement stopped working and my basement flooded including my water heater. He came out immediately and got the water out, put in a new pump, explained to me what had gone wrong and what to look out for again, and put in a new water heater because my old one had corroded. He did all of this in about 4 hours on short notice and I am so pleased and understand my system a lot better! Honest, good man.

Gary was very responsive, on time, respectful of me, my home, and my dogs and his work was priced reasonably. He really had to get creative installing my dishwasher in my old house and he went above and beyond what I expected. I'll be using Gary for any future plumbing needs. Would definitely recommend and he's local!

Gary was great to work with, and fixed a difficult issue at our older home in Durham. It required a good bit of problem-solving and we're grateful for his persistence and skill.

I've used their service several times in a couple of different homes. They've serviced my water heater, repaired a leak on my kitchen sink, and cleared the line on the plumbing in a bathroom. They were awesome! The service was quick and professional. Gary and Jeff were friendly and explained what they were doing when I asked questions. I highly recommend them!

Great service, great price. Final bill approximately only 30% of estimate from another plumber (which I was told would not be reduced if the work was not as complicated as estimated). Gary was on time, efficient, repaired 4 separate problems in short order. Would highly recommend.
