Capital Sew and Quilt

I called to get help with a warranty issue on a machine that wasn't purchased at this store. The technician helped me anyway and saved me having to ship my brand new machine all the way across the country. Thanks Aaron, it works great! The store is very customer friendly and they have all the accessories I need for my new machine.

These folks were so awesome! I took my Babylock Crown Jewel longarm in because it wasn't sewing correctly. The technician took the time to look at it right as i brought it in. They didnt make me leave it and come back on another day. He changed the needle, adjusted the tension on the bobbin case, and lowered the presser foot. It sews like a dream! They sold me the correct needles and sent me on my way....with no charge to me! A truly great experience. And conveniently located too.

I went in to get some help on a new Juki serger that I had bought. They were extremely informative and knowledgeable. And they have incredible machines for purchase! I highly recommend going to them.

After much research and saving, I purchased my new quilting dream machine from Capital Sew and Quilt. Jennifer was very patient with me, showing me various machines, demonstrating features. When I finally made my purchase, the owner actually carried all my items to my car! Great staff that doesn't push our sell things you don't want, I highly recommend!

Jennifer put my sewing machine on the bench and found my problem right away. As she worked, she also taught me how to open the plates myself. She also explained that on my machine (Brother cs6000i) the default settings for zig zag #3 are too small. So she restored the machine to working order, empowered me to do the same, and didn’t charge me for her time. Thanks, Capital Sew and Quilt! I’m very happy to have found you.
