He is friendly, arrived when he said he would (actually a few minutes early), was clear on what the price would be, had the right tool for the job and had no trouble helping me regain access to my office without any damage to the door or the lock. It was a quick and easy job for him, but he was actually pulling out at the the time he estimated his arrival. You can tell when you're working with a professional, and John is definitely a professional.

I am extremely happy with John and his business. I called on Friday morning and John was able to get out to re-key my locks the next morning. He was early, professional and extremely helpful.
