LOVE this place! It’s the people that make up a place - and the people here are just amazing! My daughter and I have always had such a great experience and top notch service here. We loved the place so much that we actually drove here even after we moved to Fuquay. God bless you, guys! Keep up the good work.

I cannot say enough good things about White oak pharmacy. They are so helpful, fill prescriptions in a timely manner, and really care about the community they serve. I recommend!

No matter how ridiculous I make this review sound, it is 100% true.

Bottom line up front:

1. They know your name and greet you when you walk in (even if it is crowded)
2. You're out of there in 15 minutes or less (even if it is crowded) - unless you're waiting on shots but still
3. You can get them on the phone or text them (yes they call or text you back with answers that you actually need)
4. They actually listen to what you need and do whatever they can to make it happen (they will work for you)

Does this sound like a Pharmacy to you? No it doesn't. It doesn't even make sense. It is too good to be true, especially during this pandemic when everybody's customer service and quality of service seem to have taken a hit...understandably so. But still, not White Oak. When you walk in, everybody is working and smiling. Nobody seems to be just sitting around waiting to be told what to do. All the customers have a look of relief on their faces. It's like we all walk in and instantly become thankful we made it to White Oak where we know all of our insurance problems and prescription issues will be resolved with exceptional care.

So if you require a "Done For You" type of Pharmacy to square away any insurance red tape or call your doctor's office to get stuff authorized because you don't have time or can't get your doctor's office on the phone, go to White Oak Pharmacy in Garner. They're going to need another location soon. No way they can keep this up. They're just too good.

Best Pharmacy in Garner! Best staff of any business in Garner! It is worth driving from Raleigh, Clinton, Knightdale, or anywhere in that part of Wake County or Johnston County. If you want superior alternative to Walgreens or CVS, make the switch to White Oak Pharmacy now. Just call and they will do the switch for you.

Best pharmacy and pharmacist around. the first time I went in the entire staff made me feel Like family they are very caring. when I came home from the hospital they brought my medicine to the car great people. Thank you all for being so nice to me
