I just replaced my floors with Premier. The floors are beautiful but even more importantly, working with Premier was great. They were on time and communicated well. This is a very disruptive process and I felt like they cared for us as well as we could expect. They circled back quickly with any issue we had and resolved to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company highly!

I called Premier to get a price quote for a laminate flooring, Charles was helpful and polite from the moment he answered - not only that but the price he quoted was 96 cents cheaper per sq ft than the other company’s quote. Charles came to our house to provide an estimate and was very professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions. The installers showed up on time (both days), were pleasant and personable, cleaned up after themselves, and did an excellent job installing our floor. This process was so seamless from beginning to end, I would definitely recommend Charles and his team.
