  Weiss Choice Realty far exceeded our expectations! This team is on top of every single detail in the home selling and buying process. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Leonna sold our home during a crazy market shift and her confidence, expertise, and guidance is exactly what we needed. She made the cutest video of our home and sold our house way faster than I expected. Brandy helped us buy our new construction house and she was just as amazing! We were new to the building process and she was our greatest teacher and advocate. We had a newborn right when we started and I can’t even begin to explain how Brandy went above and beyond to make sure the process was as stress free and smooth as possible for us. She genuinely cares about her clients and we knew we were in the best hands possible with her by our side throughout the entire process!

  Brandy is a great realtor. She’s been supportive throughout the entire process. This has been a hard market to buy in but she helped us maneuver through this so that we could find a wonderful home that was well within our price range. One thing that I really appreciate about Brandy is she included my 3 children in the process. My kids range from 8-16 and she listened to each of them as they explained what they think is important in homes. She took the time to get to know each of us and I value those personal touches that you rarely get anymore. At the end of our home buying experience, I really feel that Brandy is a friend not just our realtor. I’m very comfortable recommending her to all of our friends.

  My wife and I chose to work with Weiss Choice to buy a house in Durham after our friends highly recommended them, and we’re very glad we did. Jordana was our agent, and she was amazing! She is not only a realtor, but also a detective, prize fighter, and therapist all rolled into one person. When the going got tough in our home search, she always kept a positive attitude, and provided us with the motivation we needed to find the perfect house for us. She and the rest of the team at Weiss Choice had our backs and had our best interests in mind throughout the entire buying process, from initial planning to closing. The market in the Triangle is crazy right now, but Weiss Choice is the best team to have in your corner to navigate it. A+ experience and truly wonderful people.
