Team Raines BJJ is awesome I'm so glad my fiance and I came across this place . Myself and my family are new to North Carolina moved here in the spring 2021 . My fiance and I was looking for martial arts for my son and we came across Team Raines. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth my son and fiance love it also great prices and a clean safe environment .

These coaches are great with both younger and older kids. There's always multiple instructors helping and the older kids are so sweet and helpful to the younger ones. There's a great team atmosphere here!
Team Raines is an awesome BJJ gym! Daniel has high level instruction and top notch teaching. The culture there is great for all ages and people are super cool! Definitely worth checking out!
I joined up with Team Raines less than a year ago. Professor Dan is an excellent instructor for all levels of BJJ. They offer BJJ and Shotokan Karate classes for all ages. I highly recommend giving them a try.
I've been training here since April and can't imagine going to a different school. Professor Raines is a black belt under Ricardo Almeida, former UFC and Pride FC fighter, so you are in knowledgeable hands. The environment is fun and inviting and a great place to start your BJJ journey!
