(February 26, 2022, 10:35 pm)Hotel could use some upgrades. The carpet is old. Our room AC unit broke down and needed to be replaced. So there was some inconvenience but the maintenance guy replaced it quickly. Our room window had some sort of film which blocked all the view(see photo).
Location is next to beach. So you can take a nice walk in the morning & evening. Breakfast was fine. Wish there was less use of plastic.
Melissa was very helpful. The other staff member wasn't as responsive. I asked for an upgrade and was told that I would be updated about availability but never got a call or message about it during the stay. -

(February 25, 2022, 9:48 pm)Stayed here overnight when my husband had a work event. The room was spacious and convenient and very clean! There were tons of thoughtful touches such as light sockets that allowed you to hook up a USB charging cable to them. The staff was super polite and very helpful.

(January 22, 2022, 8:52 am)Other than the elevator being slow over all stay was very pleasant. Really nice shower with soft water. Ocean views and convenient location to Publix and shopping plaza. Pool with hot tub was available too use.
