Justin is knowledgeable, experienced, careful, kind, and has a great sense of humor, which helps a lot. They also have a gym dog, which makes everything a little bit better. I am being treated for an arthritic hip, which is no fun, but it is better knowing I have a good PT helping me regain strength and mobility.
