However, the women at Vitality Counseling deserve this 5 star review! Lara DeChicio has helped me for well over a year now and the growth and healing I have experienced as a result of her empathetic teaching and guidance is something that I will be eternally grateful for. Lara has facilitated my start to healing from childhood traumas, helped me to deal with extreme anxiety at work, taught me mindfulness practices to help find happiness in my life, guided me on questions of faith, and even coached me on parenting methodologies to help my child with autism. My life is drastically improved as a result of my sessions with Lara. You will not find a more caring and gentle group of therapists than the women at Vitality Counseling.
