I called a few times before I bought the plan and the CS reps I spoke to were always really kind and courteous and helped me a ton with my decision making. They were also very knowledgeable with all the fine details too which I appreciated so much! The insurance itself has been a lifesaver for one of my dogs who has had some serious medical issues lately too. Can't recommend PetPartners enough!

They have made the process so easy, using your phone to submit claims is fabulous.
The turn around with a check inyour hand in 3 to 4 weeks.....wonderful. thanks Pet Partners.
