Tile Trenz did a great job with the backsplash for our recent kitchen remodel.

Shopping for tile is a bewildering task. There are thousands of options, in-store and on-line. And it's not easy to visualize what it will look like. We decided to check on this local organization to see if they could guide us through indecision.

The in-shop team is patient and knowledgeable. We spent an hour going through various options and finally were able to decide. In-home measuring took place a few days later and a quote was delivered one day after that.

The work took place 4 weeks later. Crews arrived on schedule. Demo crew was meticulous in removing old tile - dust kept to a minimum, debris hauled away and everything swept up. Backsplash removed in half a day. Install crew was equally meticulous. Everything measured and symmetrical. Tile cut outside to minimize the dust. Trim installed to help with a few rough cabinet edges. The tile was installed in 2 days, start to finish.

Pricing for the project is in line with others that we looked at. There certainly are less expensive options, but it's true that there is a cost for quality - you get what you pay for. Tile Trenz can be trusted to be fairly priced, do professional, quality work, and keep to the schedule. Recommended!

I was resigned to the fact that the big box store was not going to be able to get the outdoor kitchen granite countertop project done in time for the wedding shower we were hosting but I stopped in this local shop on a whim. A day later, I had a quote matching the big box estimate and a promise to get it done in time. They gave me great advice on granite choices appropriate for my project and were prompt with communication.

Then, the experience with the fabricator for templating and installation was just as pleasant if not more so. He kept me informed via text and showed up for appointments right on time. His installation crew knew their stuff and everything went in smoothly. He showed up near the end of the installation to make sure everything was perfect.

The final results look better than I expected!

My wife and I had search several places for the right design, color and style of back-splash for our kitchen. When we went to Tile Trenz, we were greeted friendly, and professional. The service was great and very helpful. They were very patient with us as this was our first time with back-splash installation and suggested many ideas. After decision of style, within a couple of days, the installers were at my home to install. The installers were on time, and very friendly, but yet professional. I have no complaints on their work.
