  Back in July, I reinjured my back terribly! I have known issues, & learned about 3 herniated lumbar discs last year. This time was realy bad - was unable to walk upright the 1st few days, then slowly got better while take NASIDS. Called Evolution PT to set an appointment with Jessie Mathers - the BEST DECISION!!!!! Was nervous about Covid-19, and an in-person appointment - ALL WENT GREAT!! Jessie gave me a complete examination & determined exercises I needed to do. I did those exercises RELIGIOUSLY!! After 3 weeks, I was able to resume all normal activities, but also, was able to get back to one of our hobbies - digging for shark's teeth - in a creek for over four hours straight without any low back pain!!! Interestingly, my mid back did hurt for the next couple days but nothing that was of any concern. If I do all the exercises Jessie gave me, I have zero low back issues??
  I recommend Evolution PT & Jessie Mathers enthusiactically!!! She is an extremely professional provider who did a fantastic job providing a complete assessment & treatment plan - I am so appreciative of the personalized care I received! Thank you Jessie!!!!!

  I drive almost an hour to work with Jessie. She is attentive, organized, and thoughtful in her approach. It takes work to work on oneself, and she is an excellent teacher and guide. Having had a broken spine and herniated disk in my 20s, my body tends to remind me when I am out of alignment. Jessie is thoughtful in her approach to offering up solutions to get me out of my own body patterns that are causing harm. Thank you Jessie!

  Evolution Therapy is the best. Jessie is great to work with. She is attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy.

  Can't recommend her highly enough! Jessie is a thoughtful, careful, and thorough physical therapist who has worked on various issues I've had for almost 10 years. She is also extremely careful to follow (and make me follow) COVID precautions.

  Jessie is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. I really appreciate her ability to make expert recommendations while also recognizing each person's unique life situation and taking a holistic approach to wellness that is inclusive of your current PT journey. I highly recommend Evolution PT and would definitely go again in the future!
