Miami-Erie Canal Bike Path Trail Head at Seward Road

I have banked with Commerce for many years and when I need help they are always friendly. Last week I visited the lobby for help with my credit card payment dilemma. They were able to call that department and get my issue taking care of. I think I will visit the lobby more for help vs. calling support, avoids the wait time.

Nice for a 3 mile stroll but passing trains can disturb the traquility.

Beautiful and serene. We only went on a small part but I now know that I want to visit all stops along the canal as a series of day trips. I think I'll put an album together of it and will post when complete!

Today Brian the branch Manager went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he listen to my financial situation patiently and helped me come to a resolution quickly. He was very professional and courteous. He showed the Commerce Bank core values and accepted the challenge. If Brian is not a District Manager soon in the future then the company is missing a great opportunity!
