Union Station Apartments

Want to say, I looked over the reviews online before heading over to the apartment complex to speak with Misty. There were mix feelings about the complex but most of them had to do with the previous management. I took the leap of faith and headed over to see with my own eyes, how their first impression would be to me. And I must say, I felt a warm welcoming the moment I came in all the way until I left. Misty took well care of me and even manage to get me the apartment room I was first interested in. The apartment complex looks clean, well maintained, friendly and most importantly family oriented. I moved in March of 2022. Had a few issues when I first moved in (but that was due to the past management) Since the new management has taken over, my issues have been resolved. Thanks to Misty! She’s my go to contact person whenever I have a question or concern. She’s always there willing to listen and will do everything she can to resolve any issues and answer all questions! Great location for the price. Pools are nice, my unit is spacious and clean! Love having a washer dryer hook up as well! :)

I highly recommend Union Station!

I have been a resident for 8 years, and am happy to be a part of this community. The front office staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is top-notch. The apartments are spacious (I'm in a 2/2) and the grounds are well kept. I've never had a serious issue, but any questions or concerns I've had have always been answered promptly and professionally. The property manager, Rolanda Harvey, is truly dedicated to caring for Union Station and it's residents. She is a pleasure to talk with and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure all residents are happy and secure.

Thank you Rolanda, Andrew, and the rest of the staff at Union Station. I appreciate all you've done!

I enjoy living here. I have never had a problem with my fellow residents or staff. The staff are very helpful and friendly and honest. Maintenance does a great job in keeping the complex looking good.
On top of everything thing else: I feel safe living here at Union Station.
