(February 18, 2023, 5:25 pm)I was pleasantly surprised with my Refinance with Third Federal. I saved Thousands of dollars in closing costs, compared to what other lenders were offering me, and a very competitive rate.
While they are most certainly not the most efficient in loan processing, or handling... they make up for it, in great customer service and pricing. I literally saved almost $7,000... and got a very good interest rate.
I would recommend them to anyone. Just be a little patient. They are working with technology from the 90s. It was worth the savings for me. -

At one point, after losing my job, I thought I would lose my home too but they were very patient and understanding and waited a whole year before asking for any payment from me. I can’t say enough good things about them.
