1st they responded to my email and respected that I wanted to communicate that way.
They were able to come out within a few days and WERE ON TIME! They diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate, and were in and out within a few hours. Both my wife and I felt respected throughout the process. A BIG THING US QUEER WOMEN!
Herb, the owner, was the one that made our house call along with a newer staff member, Brandon. I could overhear them speaking to each other. I was very pleased with how Herb was instructing and guiding Brandon, Herb was very respectful.
If I need a plumber again, I'll be calling them.
