We worked with Irene M. to purchase our first home in the Cleveland area. She was super accommodating with our tight schedule due to living out of state, and overall made our first homebuying experience as stress free as possible! Where to start… Laura Marotta was amazing to work with from start to finish on selling our home! It was an extremely bittersweet decision to sell our home and from the first time we met at an open house near us, to when we finally decided to list (8 months later), she was never pushy and always kept our best interest in mind. I am the person who always needs to know why (like a child but worse) and she was always there to answer day or night. There were times I thought of listing myself and I am so thankful I didn’t. No way could I have done what her and her team did. Amazing photos, superb write up, and guidance along the way. The extra steps of helping stage our home and get it out to market, not a corner was cut. Ultimately selling our home for almost 10% above asking in 48 hours, we couldn’t have been happier with the result. I’m quite a critical person and when I say you should give her a call, I would put my name on it that you won’t be disappointed. I’m not much for leaving reviews but I believe you would be doing yourself a disservice to not at least meet Laura and discuss what her and the Amanda Pohlman team have to offer you wether buying or selling. We are using her to help find our next home and again, she continues to impress in her effort to help us in anyway possible.
