We had to stall our redecorating with the shut down in March 2020, but when we were ready in November to get the carpeting installed, RiteRug picked up right where we left off. Price and Quality better than Levi's and Lowe's. Customer Service was outstanding. Floor had a scratch on it after it was installed. RiteRug replaced in 1 week. Would recommend to anyone looking for new flooring

We were very pleased with Rite Rug from the time we walked in. Vida quickly understood what we wanted and brought several samples. She stayed in our price range. She came to our house to measure that day. 2 weeks later our beautiful carpet was installed. Very professional in every way.

We purchased our carpet through the Westerville location and really appreciated the service we received. I'm sorry I cannot remember the woman's name who helped us but her knowledge was deep and vast, I learned more about carpet than I ever imagined I would. ALL of it helpful as we were replacing carpet to sell our home AND in need of carpet at our new home. She was just a pleasure to spend time with and she pointed us to a great deal. I also appreciated her follow up phone call to see if we were satisfied with the installation. Would definitely recommend them again and use them again in the future.

The sales process was very pleasant the gentleman was not pushy at all but very informative and helpful. I really like that they don’t charge for measurements as opposed to Home Depot and Lowe’s. The install crew was very efficient and polite and did an excellent job. We will definitely be back here for more of our carpeting needs.
