  I have lived at 1400 King for 2.5 years and recommended it to multiple people. The staff is so nice, maintenance will fix something the same day it was requested, and the tenants are extremely quiet. I have never had any issues living here. Susan has by far been the best landlord I will probably ever see in my days of renting.

  Great housing, staff, and management. It's been the best realty group I've rented from, and the only one that you can message at 3 am and get a response within minutes.

  Had a really great experience with a short term apartment lease (Aug-Dec) through Mary and Susan at Eventide! Very responsive and willing to communicate with residents. Maintenance was always very fast and effective. The place itself was exactly what you'd expect on college campus. Would definitely recommend.

  I'm currently in my 3rd year of renting with Eventide and I have never found a better rental company. I was very cautious about renting near campus since we all tend to hear horror stories so I did my research and Eventide was always spoken highly of. Any maintenance concern I've had (I've only had 2-3 in 3 years) has been promptly met within the hour. Susan and Mary are constantly available to email (I always get a response within 2 hours of sending). I also live in between the office and the apartment Susan and her family keep so I've talked with them on multiple occasions and it's always been a pleasant experience. Most of the Eventide rentals are in the quieter areas around campus which is a massive plus. Even with Cazuela's next door, it's still surprisingly quiet and a prime location. I share the washer/dryer unit in the basement with some other apartments' residents which brings the rental price down so that's nice. I don't drive so I can't speak on parking. At one point I almost got a pet and they were more than willing to work with me in changing my lease during the year so I could have the pet. Lastly, Susan and Mary always make an effort to let residents know days in advance of a showing, even giving you the specific time they'll be there, so it's super easy to plan around those. I highly recommend Eventide; they're nice, affordable, and quiet places to live.
