Ask for Ahmed! I went in recently because my SIM card wasn’t working. Ahmed was very professional and friendly. He helped me out right away. He got to the root of the problem very efficiently. Ahmed was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a variety of options. I ended up getting the a new IPhone 14 and I am very pleased. I really enjoyed my visit and will go back in the future. Thank you Ahmed for your hard work and dedication to customer service. I appreciate you whole heartedly!

Anthony, Brittany and Steve were super helpful with getting me set up with a new phone. There were several other customers in the building and the team did a great job getting everyone checked in and letting people know how long the wait might be in a polite and professional way.

Brittany was awesome, super helpful and wasn’t in any rush to sell but more on making sure we got the best quality service. Answered everything we had a question to and the ones she wasn’t sure about before the end of the visit she had an answer for us

I had to purchase a new phone last week and Ahmad helped me. And then the following day he assisted me again with transferring the contents of my old phone to my new phone. He was kind, patient, considerate, knowledgeable, and provided me with an excellent experience overall.
