I recently visited Mattress Warehouse in Indian Land and had an outstanding in-store experience. The sales clerk, William, was attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I was looking for a high-end mattress to help reduce my body heat at night and lower back pain. William understood my requirements perfectly and recommended the Serta Posturepedic Albany Queen with an Adjustable Base.

Throughout the selection process, William meticulously detailed each feature of the selected mattress and base, ensuring I knew exactly what I was purchasing. He also guided me through the warranty and financing options comprehensively. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to understanding my needs were truly exceptional and surpassed my expectations.

However, I encountered a hiccup in the post-purchase phase. My address was entered incorrectly, which I noticed the next day. Despite several calls and a detailed voicemail to correct it, I received no call back. Moreover, the delivery crew still had the wrong address four days later. Luckily, I was in my yard when they drove by multiple times; otherwise, I might have missed my delivery. This situation caused some concern regarding post-sale service.

Despite this communication mishap, the overall experience was positive. The in-store service, particularly by William, was remarkable. I would not hesitate to recommend Mattress Warehouse to friends and family, emphasizing the exceptional service provided by William. I hope his efforts are recognized and appreciated as they deserve to be. My experience could have been better had the post-sale communication been as impressive as the in-store service. Nonetheless, the pros certainly outweighed the cons.

William assisted me with a Mattress, and I must say this is the best customer service I've had in a long time! I will definitely return here for my next purchase.

Terrance was a great help! We were looking for a new mattress that would be comfortable with back issues and something firmer than our current mattress. Terrence took the time to listen to what we were looking for and had us try a few mattresses and went into detail about what each one offers.

We had a wonderful experience at this mattress warehouse location. William went above and beyond for us and he was so knowledgeable. We did not feel rushed or persuaded like we have at other places. I am so glad we came here. We will be coming back in the future to purchase another mattress for our oldest daughter. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!

I was a patient of Dr. J.D Ryan’s practice from the age of eight into adulthood. Him and his staff made me feel very comfortable being in the dental chair over the years for my many visits between braces, extractions and fillings. Dr. Ryan has a great sense of humor, is highly experienced and knowledgeable, and is very passionate about dentistry. My experience at his office was so wonderful that I chose a career in dentistry myself. Unfortunately, I moved away and found a new office however, his office by far will give you the best experience in the area.

Very friendly and professional staff. The dental rooms are very small and it is often cold in the winter time but a very good and friendly place that is also kid friendly.
