My favorite yoga studio!! All the instructors are so accomodating, accepting, and kind. The owner Denise is so kind and gets to know her guests personally. I love this place I wish I could bring it with me to college

I have taken yoga on and off over the years in the many different cities I’ve lived in. Of all the classes, Denise’s is by far the very best I have ever experienced. Her technical knowledge of yoga and ability to guide you into new challenges or help you where you’re struggling (she first got me to do the crow pose years ago!) are second to none. More than that, though, what keeps me seeking out her classes is the overall spiritual, meditative, loving, and warm atmosphere of acceptance that she cultivates in the studio and inside of each student. From the thoughtfully chosen music to her words of guidance during the practice, the overall effect of yoga classes at Sunshine feels very holistic. Yes, I can feel my body getting stronger and more flexible. But what truthfully keeps me coming back more than anything is the therapeutic, meditative qualities of the yoga sessions that always leave me feeling uplifted afterwards. This is yoga for the mind, body, and soul.

Sunshine Yoga is an incredible yoga studio. I've been practicing yoga with the owner, Denise, for over 7 years. All of the instructors are amazing at Sunshine. They genuinely care about their students and strive to make each unique class a great one! Sunshine Yoga also offers a variety of workshop opportunities too. I highly recommend this fantastic studio.

Sunshine Yoga has had a tremendous impact in my life since December 2018. I had tried doing yoga at home for several years and usually became bored or frustrated, but as an aging long-distance runner, I really needed to find a way to address tight muscles and additional anxiety in my life. The atmosphere at Sunshine Yoga is truly comfortable and inspiring. The instructors are full of wisdom and teach in a way that is easy to follow. You do not need to know the yoga lingo as everything is presented clearly with plenty of options for varying levels of ease or challenge. I have never felt intimidated. I have learned how to calm my busy mind, and my body is stronger and more flexible. I am grateful for this special place each and every time I attend a class or event.

I am a “frequent flier” at Sunshine yoga and savor every minute spent at this lovely studio. It is a warm, welcoming, healing space with an outstanding staff. Many different levels of classes are offered along with workshops. I have attended classes with every instructor and can honestly say they all bring something very special to each practice. They are an amazing group of women! I feel blessed to have Sunshine yoga close to my home; my life has been enhanced through my experiences there.
