It was a great place to close on a house. Very informative, and kind. They took good COVID measures as well.

Jeff Rupert at Northwest Title in Blue Ash was a pleasure to work with. We bought a house that was For Sale By Owner, so we probably had a few more questions than the typical home buyer working with a realtor, and Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He returned calls and emails quickly. My husband and I would recommend him to friends and family.
We encountered a situation late in our transaction where the buyer needed to change loan products. It was imperative to close on or before the contract date, which I was certain not possible. Jeff Rupert stepped up and got us to the closing in time. Great job guys!
