Overall experience was good. However, the front desk receptionist was a bit short with me when I asked some questions regarding my insurance. I have learned through the years that sometimes I have to take a step back to make sure my intrepretation of a situation is what it is. It's easy to read too much into something which is why I'm stating that my overall experience was good (the nurse practitioner that worked with me was excellent). Additionally, for me, the receptionist is the "front line" in any business. First and lasting impressions of a business are often made with the first contact--the front desk receptionist.

Saw the advertisement on The Crib on ABC tv. I called and they were able to get me in as a new patient right away. I had some concerns and the doctor was very thorough in setting my fears at ease. I would recommend Apex Dermatology to my friends and family.

It was such a pleasure having Dr Stekler take the time to be so through. She has a gentle touch, explained what she was doing , and her overall professionalism was such a nice change from previous doctors we have had.

Went Apex for a whole body checkup on Norton Parkway. The front desk receptionist was was very friendly and helpful. You don’t see that much anymore.
The Nurse was very pleasant and was very professional. She was gentle when inserting a needle for two biopsy’s and told me step by step what she was doing.
Doctor Becker was outstanding and very professional. She took two biopsy’s from my nose and left ear. Very easy to talk with the Doctor Becker. I give them five stars. They set the bar high in dealing with patients. Definitely go there for your Dermatology issues.
