My family contracted Jack and his team to put a substantial addition on our home. Jack was very prompt and communicative through the whole process. Once the design was finished, to project went nearly exactly as scheduled, with Jack being on site nearly everyday. Would definitely recommend working with Jack.

We had our old patio and deck torn out and a new covered deck and stamped concrete patio put in. The initial design was our biggest concern, as we wanted to ensure it would aesthetically tie into the house. The design was great, even with the limitations we had on size and height to tie into the existing roof structure. Overall it went very smoothly and quick, even with the labor shortages of the entire remodeling industry. Dever Design was very responsive and kept us informed throughout the project. We will definitely contact them for our next project. Highly recommended.

We had a bathroom that was shabby, outdated, and barely functional. Now, under Jack Dever's guidance, the bathroom and infrastructure have been brought into the 21st century. It is such a pleasure to use!
