He listens and only cares about me living the best possible life I can. On top of medication, he constantly pushes for me to exercise, meditate, and eat well, which is incredibly helpful in managing my ADHD symptoms. I have been seeing Dr. Almahana Since 2013. He is a good man! I owe a lot to him for my new improvement and success. He takes my concerns seriously. He is always helpful in giving good advice. At a time in my life when I wasn’t feeling my best he was able to work with me and make me a better person. I owe so very much to him. He has given me books and teached me the power of using positive words and surrounding myself with positive people. Can’t wait to see him again in July when he is seeing patients in his office!
