(December 8, 2021, 2:26 pm)The furnace motor was creating vibration sounds. The maintenance member periodically checked on the situation. He indicated that he ordered the part and that it was on back order. After a period of time, he advised me that he had a motor from a vacant apartment that he would replace mine. He also indicated that parts have no arrived and are on back order. He continuous maintained contact with me in a professional manner.
