    Nice boardwalk and trail to see the wetlands and a little nature.

    Simple little park that serves a purpose. Great to see the wetlands being conserved. Nice little path.

    This beautiful metropark is full of wildlife! Spotted 7 turtles, so many birds, 4 deer, and a coyote in the 1.3 mile loop. Plenty of places to rest and take in the sights. I can’t believe it’s right in the neighborhood - such a treasure!

    I really didn't know the marsh was that big! My gr-daughter and I, and our dog, walked for about an hour and a half. The only issue I had, was they need to post better directions along the trail. We ended up coming out in Suder, instead of where we parked.🤦🏻‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The first Metropark in North Toledo preserves nature in a neighborhood, and fulfills a promise to place a Metropark within 5 miles of every resident of Lucas County. A 1.3-mile trail with nearly 1,500 feet of concrete "boardwalk" and scenic overlooks offers access into the marsh, where visitors can enjoy an ever-changing array of birds.
