(June 7, 2023, 8:04 am)My family and I were driving to see a Guardians baseball game and had a flat tire on Route 71. We were able to get the car to Conrad's in Medina and when I arrived they told me they would do their best to get a tire to the store in time for us to make the game but they were uncertain. Long story short Nick went out of his way to find a tire, get it to the store, and somehow get it on the car in time for us to make the game, Nick provided excellent customer service and was terrific.
