Was totally lost when it came to what kind, type of shelving I needed to buy for my store. And despite my constant, repetitive questions, Midwest Retail's Christian K. walked me through the process until I ordered what i needed (which took a couple of months because of my stubbornness). Extremely happy with my experience and would totally recommend!

We ordered a lot of custom shelving and are very happy with the results! I was very happy with the entire process from them coming out and quoting the job, the ordering process, and the installation. We ordered a custom color so we knew there was a delay in getting the products but we were told that upfront and were kept informed the entire time. The installation crew was professional and did a great job! I would highly recommend them!

very awesome company to work with , place order for gondola shelving and accessories everything came in order perfect, beside couple thing was missing but they take care customer very professionally and ship everything was missing in two days and make my experience very pleasant , so its highly recommend for small business like liquor store , convince store or gas station also price are very reasonable , my sales man was john Vetter and I give him 5 star for his service

Good customer service. I ended up ordering online and probably should have waited to call. I ordered 8 Streater 18 x 48 shelves and the price of the shelves was good but they are charging me $111 for shipping which I think is about $60 to much. I run an outdoor power equipment business and can ship an 800lb mower across the country for that price. I did leave a note in the shipping instructions asking why the cost was so high. I'll report back when I get an answer.
