(November 26, 2021, 10:07 am)I have not had a bad experience there in the 4 or 5 years I have been going there. The staff is always friendly and responsive. My puppy was spayed there and there were complications, but they were in contact with me through the day and let me know how she was doing. They explained her discharge instructions well and were happy to help with my questions.
