  This vet is amazing. They are a no fear vet. We brought in Muffin and Moxxie. Muffin was a little spicy. Moxxie was just chilling. They treated both cats with love and kindness. The vet and the tech were extremely nice and caring. Truly love this office.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Bigger Road Vet. We have had 6 animals in the last 7 years and have had more negative experiences with vets in the area than positive. It's honestly made me hesitant to take my pets to the vet. The staff at Bigger Road Vet are knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. Our dog is high anxiety and they tailor the visit to the needs of her - they keep her in the exam room with us, they have us assist by lifting her lips so they can look at teeth and gums, etc. Because they know our dog is most comfortable with our touch. I am so thankful for Dr. Olpe and Emily K - they have made lifelong customers out of us!

  I will never take my cats to another vet location for as long as we live in the area. The folks here take awesome care of my pets. Recently I had to take my MIL's big cat in to get some matting shaven off so his wound could finish healing. The drive took longer than the visit, everyone was super nice, and he's healed fine.

  Great team here! They've been amazing for our dog and cats. The staff have all been professional, friendly, and very good at communicating what's going on. Dr Olp in particular has been great at working with our younger cat who has trouble with anxiety and aggression at the vet. Dr Olp's fear free techniques were a game changer for her.
  
  They have been excellent at giving me options and advice about planning care for our pets in ways that fit our budget and the pet's needs. Highly recommend this clinic!
