  Cory (the owner) Goes above and beyond to make things PERFECT. 3 years ago, Cory spent 2 hours checking all entire system in our home, recommend NOTHING. Said it was way above most water softeners systems. We purchase salt from Cory and have recommended Cory to all our family , friends and business companies we know. Cory has completed jobs for 50.00 to 5000.00 for referrals we gave Cory; and ALL have called me back to thank me for recommended Cory to them.
  Cory has that OWNERSHIP PRIDE phrase I started 40 years ago, a quality that a LOT of companies today no longer have.

  Good Service and have no issues with their work. The guy who came to do the job was professional but he could certainly be nicer and would benefit from a course in customer service basics.

  Highly recommend Tri-State Waterworks in Maineville. We contacted them to diagnose issues with our Culligan softener. Cory called us back within the hour and had our service appointment scheduled for a few days later. Kyle arrived on time, checked our water for hardness and looked at our softener to determine if it needed service. Complete integrity at this company; he determined no service was required at this time , no hard selling for replacement or other services just emailed important information for future reference.

  Cory and Kyle at Tri State water do a great job with all aspects of water purification and also give great customer service. They will do a great job for you.

  I live in New Richmond, OH and have been dealing with hard water since I bought my house back in 2020. I recently began reading about water softeners and decided to purchase one from Tri-State Waterworks. They came out to install it about a week later. I also decided to purchase a water filtration system for my drinking water as well. The installer was very helpful with explaining how both systems worked, and answered all the questions I had. Since the install, I have noticed a huge difference when taking showers. I have sensitive skin, and I feel more refreshed now after a quick shower. I haven't drank any water yet out of my kitchen faucet, but that water is now apparently bottled water quality. My clothes feel different too after doing a few loads of laundry. I haven't tried out the dishwasher yet, but I'm sure my dishes will be cleaner too. I would highly recommend Tri-State Waterworks. Very friendly, quality work, and a fair price.
