Very nice place with personal trainer.

Its VERY clean....everyone is SO nice and friendly and the best part is you only have to be there for 20 minutes......and an investment in yourself is priceless!!!!!!

I started exercising at the Exercise Coach in Perrysburg about 6 months ago and am loving the results! I am stronger than I have been in years and the added strength has helped me have less back/neck pain and more energy! The coaches are professional and knowledgeable and the environment is super clean. The workouts are super efficient and target every major muscle group. As a PT, I would recommend this place to anyone who has graduated from rehab and is looking for a place to boost their strength, balance and stamina.

Individual coaching. Coaching staff knowledgeable. Small facility where you aren’t lost in the crowd. Timed appointments ( I find myself , that keeps me motivated. ). Cleanliness with social distance protocols in place.Metabolic comeback challenges offered on a regular basis.Staff listen to you about goals and plan how to achieve them

Best investment I made in myself! I'm 74 and never liked to exercise but I knew exercise was the key to maintaining good health. I was thrilled last week to learn my bone density scan showed marked improvement with no signs of osteoporosis/osteopenia, also my balance has definitely improved. The staff are friendly and supportive and 20 minutes twice a week to achieve better health is a gift to yourself.
