Wow, amazing service! My previous agency closed down, leaving me high and dry with my policies. I got lucky enough to find Helen Wades agency to take over my policies and Blake has been the most helpful insurance agent I have dealt with. So grateful for their assistance and guidance whenever I need it for my policies!

I have been a longtime Allstate customer in IL and recently moved to FL and needed to transfer my auto and umbrella policies, as well as secure new homeowners insurance. I had a very poor experience with Nancy, who was extremely unprofessional. I was then transitioned to Blair, who has not returned emails or calls about my umbrella policy. I am disappointed with my overall experience with this agency and would not recommend.

EDIT: Since my original review, Helen called me and has personally handled all of my needs with professionalism and care. I have updated my review from 2 stars to 4. If only her entire team was as thorough and service oriented as she is!
