I have had to order a rebuild kit for an old shower/tub and have nothing but praises to say about the customer service I have received from Faucet Parts Plus. They have taken the time to answer all my questions and placed my order in a very timely fashion. I will update this review when we receive the order, but I anticipate a very good order/delivery time based on the excellent customer service I have thus far received. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for plumbing fixture replacements.
Unfortunately the parts that we ordered did not work, but Faucet Parts Plus was true to their word and refunded our account for the returned product in a timely and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing replacement parts and commend them for their great customer service.
