Excellent as usual. Dr. Mathew Austin is a very good, caring, professional and pleasant physician. He is very knowledgeable and good listener. Thumbs up for him!!

Went into this branch today to open up a new account since I've been having issues with my previous bank for the past couple of years. Everyone was super helpful and Laura Mason was great at explaining things that I wasn't sure about and made the process super easy for me!

I’ve used PNC for many years and have always had a great experience! My husband and I used Ashleigh Fairburn today for some personal banking and she was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend PNC forest hill but recommend seeing Ashleigh even more.

Dr Austin (and Mercy in general) are always very friendly and patient. During the visit, Dr Austin is very professional, very thorough, listens carefully and always explains options (if there are any). He also explains all prescriptions or procedures to be undertaken. I feel lucky to have ended up with Dr. Austin and have absolutely no complaints at all.

Note: The Mercy online portal works pretty well once you get used to it. You can even make appointments online. Also provided online is an "After Visit Summary" for every visit you have made. Click on the after summary under "Office Visit" (as opposed to the after visit summary under "Refill") and you will find all current medications, what next steps (if any) are needed - like future visits, lab work, etc.. Also included are all your current stats like blood pressure, weight, BMI, temperature. Cool Stuff!

We were very happy to find Dr Austin was taking new patients after we learned our family doctor suddenly retired.

He is very friendly, an attentive listener, answers your questions with brief but thorough explanations. He describes any prescriptions/treatments that may be needed.

Dr Austin reminds me of the type of Health care our family doctors provided years ago.

Dr. Austin has been my primary care physician for a year and I am pleased with the personalized care he gives. He listens to me and takes the time to provide the appropriate medical care. I don't feel that he is in a hurry during my appointment time. He has been on time with my two appointments which I very much appreciate.
