Native Power and Fitness is the only gym that has kept me working out on a consistent basis. Best of all, I can see and feel the results! The owner is very knowledgeable and has created a very fun and comfortable environment. I can't say enough good things about Native Power and Fitness!

I highly recommend Evan as a trainer he is very professional, knowledgeable, and makes the classes fun. I have lost roughly 40 pounds and have gained so much balance and strength. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!
