Biscuit Acres Dog Park

Came to this location for a brake job as the Volkswagen dealership was entirely too expensive. The pricing was much better. The customer service was honestly pretty amazing. The manager Shawn goes above and beyond to make sure everything is well taken care of. I will have to be honest and say there was a bit of a blunder during my brake service in which a rear wheel sensor was damaged. Is irritating as this sounds. It only gave the manager, Shawn, the ability to shine even brighter. He made a trip himself to the Volkswagen dealership early morning the next day before the shop even opened. Fully paid for the new sensor and installed it on my Volkswagen Jetta when the brake shop opened himself. You honestly cannot beat customer service and care like that. I recommend going there for multiple vehicle needs.

I had a big problem with the alignment on my truck. They were able to correct it and now it drive straight. Their prices are the best in town. I'm glad I've decided to bring my truck here and will recommend them with friends and family. Shawn, Ricky and the guys were really nice and professional.

They swiftly and efficiently handled my brake pad replacement. I was even upgraded to a premium pad free of cost because the basic pad they had didn't fit my particular truck. Breakfast was offered to me while I was waiting for the job to be done. I know getting work on your car can be a pain but these guys seem to understand that as well and try to make it as easy as possible. Great job fellas!

I STRONGLY recommended doing all your car service needs here!! such great staff and each one of their workers care about every customers satisfaction. I heard about them through my job since we are located directly behind them. My job has taken the all work vans to them for numerous things and all work has been completed and well done with no concerns. I have also taken my personal vehicle to them to fix engine issues and they have absolutely blown me away with their work as well as their customer service. Being a women its hard to trust just any auto service team we tend to get taken advantage of most times but I promise you this team will change your whole perspective and make you want to keep them as your go to shop! I want to shine light on Shawn he is amazing! He understands times are hard when dealing with car problems which is why he puts all his effort into getting you the best price to get you back on the road. 5 STARS!!!!

I am new to the area and did a random search on Google and found this place. I spoke with Ryan and he was so nice on the phone, I knew I didn’t want to do business with anyone else besides him and this establishment. From Ryan, to Shawn the manager, to all of the excellent mechanics -they were kind, courteous, efficient, outgoing, accommodating, professional, informative and overall it was an amazing experience. The place is clean, quiet, pleasant and even a place I could work while they were working on my car! Totally full-service customer service and satisfaction! For any future needs I will definitely be coming here and recommending it to everyone I know!

Good open space with lots of nice dogs and dog parents. Lots of water for the dogs and waste receptacles. Unfortunately lots of huge dirt patches that equals a filthy pup and necessitates a bath after every visit.

My dog loves this place. There are plenty of benches to just sit and watch all the dogs play. Dog water fountains, shaded areas and friendly people.

Great dog park. Tables, benches, large areas to run, plenty of shaded areas, lots of clean bowls and water for public use. My dog had issues with other med./lrg size dogs like himself but after several trips to Biscuit Acres to help with socializing him, & he's doing much, much better. Also with it being closed on Mon. & Tues. you can tell they take good care of the place. Could proly use having some of the holes some of the dogs have dug to be filled in, but beyond that, great dog park. Also has a separate area for small dogs.

Great place to take your dog to play and have a good time. Has separate area for small dogs around back of the large dog enclosure, water is provided in clean bowls for your puppy dog to get some refreshment! Lots of benches are provided for us humans too.
