Over the past two years Chris has helped us buy a home and sell two homes. Chris had an initial meeting with my wife and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. My trade is really hard because we have to sell our current living house and to purchase the new house at the same time. Chris did wonderful job. We finally move out the old house and move in the new house at the same day. The closing date for both selling and purchase are in the same day also. We prepared move two times at first.
