We moved in a few months ago and really enjoy it! The office staff is always really nice and helpful, and friends who also live here have said the same. We developed an ant problem a few weeks ago and they fixed it immediately, and we haven’t had a problem since.

I've been living here since 2016, and I've loved it every step of the way. The buildings are beautiful, and the management is always very friendly and helpful! The whole area is kept in great condition, and work orders are always handled very quickly.

I would definitely recommend this place, but also please understand that this is a large company's complex (CTL), so find somewhere else if you want "special exceptions" and are expecting to bend rules and break your agreement thinking that you can talk your way out of it.

I have been a resident of The Landing for one year and have found it to be an excellent place to live. It is very quiet, friendly, and clean. The management is helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly; most of the time within an hour of my submission.

I have never seen a car speeding and it's rare to hear a car playing loud music. I have always been able to find a place to park in my garage (included with every townhouse). Street parking is a little harder, but I have always found a space and it is easier than most other apartments I have lived in or visited. I have never seen anyone smoking in or near an apartment or townhouse.

The buildings are new, well maintained, and amazingly well soundproofed between units. My place is easy to heat in the winter and stays comfortable in the summer without AC, although plenty of people use window AC units.

    Unsolicited Advice:

If you are new to renting (or adulting), you might not be aware of these facts of life: rent goes up, you won't get your whole deposit back, and your neighbors are occasionally inconsiderate slobs. If you don't like these things then I recommend buying a place of your own. If you do buy, here are here are some more facts of life: taxes go up, expensive things break at the worst possible time, and your neighbors are occasionally inconsiderate slobs.

Talk to your parents(?!) or friends who have rented and have them help you with the lease and move-in inspection and paperwork. A little attention to detail at the beginning of your lease have save a lot of headaches when you move out.

Read your lease. I know it has a lot of fine print and big words and the internet has conditioned us to blindly agree to things like this, but this is one to take the time to actually read.

Pay attention to the move-in and move-out inspections. You have a camera in your pocket; take photos. Make sure every imperfection is documented. Keep the papers that the leasing agent hands you. Bonus points for taking photos of the papers in case you misplace them.

If you do choose to live here, say hi when you see me around. I'll be the one smiling and enjoying life.

Ive been here for almost two years and I love it! I travel often so it’s nice to be in a safe, beautiful and well needed quiet environment when I’m home. The grounds are beautifully kept. The administrative staff is amazing and responsive. Liz and Taylor have been so wonderful and professional oriented lady’s. I’m completely enjoying my stay here. 5 Stars!
